- Device and operational data: Device identifiers, telemetry, relay states, power readings, event history, and configuration settings for monitored equipment.

- SMS program data: Mobile phone numbers, opt-in/opt-out status, consent timestamps, and SMS delivery records related to LBI WatchDog alert notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the LBI WatchDog Service.
- Send transactional device alert notifications by email and SMS when configured by an authorized administrator.
- Authenticate users, enforce permissions, and protect account security.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to send unrelated marketing or promotional messages. SMS messages are limited to LBI WatchDog device alerts and related service notifications you or your administrator configure.
3. SMS Messaging Program
SMS consent and disclosures
By entering a mobile phone number in the LBI WatchDog Notifications settings and clicking Save, or by otherwise providing express consent through our opt-in process, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from LBI WatchDog (Light Bulb Ideas LLC) regarding device status alerts such as offline/online notifications, relay events, power monitoring alerts, and AI analysis alerts.
Message frequency varies. Most recipients receive approximately 1–10 messages per month, depending on device activity and alert configuration. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts from this program. Reply HELP for help. Reply START or YES to re-subscribe after opting out.

4. Mobile Information — Non-Sharing Statement
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are used solely to deliver LBI WatchDog alert notifications you have requested. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service — for example, cloud hosting providers and our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) — strictly to transmit messages on our behalf and not for their independent marketing use.
5. Data Retention
We retain account, device, and notification configuration data for as long as your organization uses the Service or as required by contract. SMS opt-in/opt-out records are retained to honor your communication preferences and comply with applicable regulations. Retention periods for history and notification logs may be configured by your administrator within the Service.
6. Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
- SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any LBI WatchDog SMS message, or remove your number from the Notifications settings.
- Email notifications: Contact your administrator or remove your email from notification settings.
- Account access: Contact your company administrator or LBI support to update or delete account information.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
